Very nice duplex apartment located in the heart of the village. Enjoy an area of 40 m2, composed on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room. Upstairs, you will find a bright bedroom with its dressing room and ensuite bathroom. The home sleeps four people, thanks to the double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the bedroom, as well as the sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) in the living room. The accommodation is brand new, the interior has just been fully renovated.

An efficient electric fan has been installed in the ceiling. You will find extra chairs in the hall if you want to sit by the fountain!

The single-story entrance is accessible by a wide path from the driveway. Access to a free parking space nearby, for motorcycles and bicycles a secure space in our garden is available if needed. 55 m2 cottage in a large 17th century stone building, on 3 ha planted with century-old oaks... Ideally located between Forcalquier and Banon, with views of Lure Mountain, in a quiet environment and peaceful nature. Newly restored, it has a kitchen open to the living room (2-seater sofa bed), dining room and an upper floor with shower room/toilet and bedroom (160 cm 2-seater bed +1 cot). We live on site in another wing of the farm. No TV or wifi.
