A cellar is located below with a large fridge and washing machine. It has a comfortable living room with its majestic fireplace, a dining room with beautiful ceiling height, an equipped kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom. 15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
