Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Charny Orée de Puisaye

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Everyone had their own sleeping and bathing area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about.. We highly recommend it.

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet location, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. A great welcome from Jérôme, always ready to help and make sure his guests have the best stay possible. That was the case for us. The charm of the place is undeniable. Huge barn for parties. But don't expect luxury. It remains rustic and country-style. For us it was perfect!

Charming old house well equipped, which we were able to appreciate the coolness in very hot weather… Ideal for lovers of calm and nature, with beautiful hiking and bike rides. The house is well located, between Auxerre and Chablis, allowing you to visit the region easily. We had a great time!

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a host who was both friendly and attentive. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The provision of a boat, a canoe, a pedalo, a foosball table, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. We were able to enjoy our family weekend in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We sincerely thank Patrick for his hospitality and recommend this place without hesitation.

House nestled in a green setting, very quiet, well-equipped, very spacious (there were 11 of us and we didn't step on each other at all, responsive hosts, decorated with great taste, many activities possible on site. On the other hand, not very well signposted. We had to ask neighbours but it's really not a big deal. It is only for the first time and we will certainly come back.

Very cozy and pleasant accommodation, close to all amenities. Cooking a little bit for cooking Corinne gave us a good guide, whether for check-in or for restaurants and activities In short, we recommend:)

We spent a night in Laura's cottage, it's a peaceful area and the apartment is very cute :) Laura is a very friendly host, I recommend 😉

Beautiful spacious apartment. Extremely well equipped and perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Italy. Hadrien was extremely helpful in letting us in and assisting us with parking - the approach is quite narrow for our large family car, but all went smoothly thanks to Hadrien’s help. Auxerre looked beautiful - shame we couldn’t stop for longer. We will definitely hope to return next time we are doing the drive down to Italy.

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

A very nice experience, the cottage is beautiful, clean, welcoming and super well decorated, the pool is great with a superb view, the place is friendly and peaceful. Super warm welcome, top-notch cottages! I really recommend closing my eyes and can't wait to come back!

With this welcoming and functional house that benefits from a large garden at the back, you will have the opportunity to visit Sancerre, Aubigny and the surroundings, while having the possibility of gathering a dozen people around the barbecue and in the spacious rooms. Carole is a responsive host and offers a very clean accommodation. Don't hesitate!

Aurelien is a friendly and welcoming host. The house is large and beautiful with a huge garden in the countryside. It's super nice no matter what time of day. Although a little old-fashioned (small electricity problem among other things), it is well equipped (the game room is great) and really nice. We had a great weekend and recommend.

Fabiens place is lovely. The space is larger than expected. The shower room is great. The dressing room a nice touch, the open plan to downstairs feels nice. The place is tastefully decorated and has a lot of character. One very minor criticism it would be that the pool cover is a chore to put on and take off. An mechanised cover would make a difference. However it is a great size and was very comfortable to swim in given that it is well heated. I would recommend anybody to use Fabiens place for a shorter or longer stay. It was a joy to be there for our family of 4 and we would consider visiting again sometime.

We had a great stay at Anthony's house with the family. The house is perfectly in line with the listing, very clean, spacious and well-equipped, ideal for a stay with several people. Anthony was a particularly attentive host and allowed us to leave a little later, which was very much appreciated. Fluid and responsive communication. A big thank you, we recommend without hesitation!

this house is amazing because of its peaceful location in the middle of the forest. A very beautiful enchanted interlude that brings calm and serenity. Equipment, bikes and games above our expectations. We were 10 girls and the rooms and bathrooms were quite numerous. The atmosphere of the house is great and you feel perfectly comfortable there. It is extremely welcoming and the impression is that it is inhabited and not a rental. It feels like home. An experience to redo. If you come with children, they will be thrilled. And if you come without yourself, you can go back to childhood. Thanks to Alexis for this wonderful experience.
