Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Une grange de 80 m² refaite à neuf en 2022 tout confort sera parfaite pour vos week-ends/vacances en famille (1 lit double 160*200 possibilité, enfant plus de 2 ans sur canapé lit ou lit bébé). Couple en besoin de calme et de campagne ! 2 adultes maximum. Grand parc/Piscine/balançoire/trampoline/jeux société, TV Netflix, amazone, Molotov. Tous Commerces à quelques Kilomètres. Fêtes/photos pro/Cérémonies/Animaux non acceptés. Pour assurance nb de personnes doit être conforme à la réservation.

Havre de paix entre Orléans et Pithiviers, dans une clairière de 22 ha en forêt d'Orléans, attenant à notre habitation. Le gîte (85m²) se situe dans une ancienne étable , à 5 km de Neuville aux Bois. Tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, etc...) 3 chambres (3 lits 90, 2 lits 140 ). Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

Elegance, charme de l'ancien, vous bénéficierez de la terrasse en patio et sa cuisine d'été. Deux vélos à assistance électrique seront mis à votre disposition contre caution (chèque uniquement). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).
