Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Charlotte County

This was the perfect home for a quick getaway. An older home but clean, cozy and comfortable. Great screened in porch for coffee sipping in the morning. Beds were comfortable and have no complaints. It is in an older neighborhood and fairly far from things but we loved it!

Delsy is an amazing host! She is very responsive and a delight to communicate. We were set with some basic items like ice cold waters, eggs, coffee, dish soap and paper products until we purchased what we wanted to cook for the week. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much, we plan to come back later this year. The place was super clean, very comfortable and relaxing. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom are furnished with comfortable furniture, appliances and other amenities. We did not need to use the other two bedrooms but they are nicely furnished as well. Perfect for a stay away from home. The outdoor full bathroom is super convenient for outdoor use from the pool and hot tub. Full sun all day long in the pool. Private fenced in back yard. Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

Annette was super flexible. She responded immediately to our messages. We were so grateful to find a place that would accept a pet as we were moving out of a home and needed a place for pets and close to airport. I would highly recommend this home!

Humberto was a fantastic host, and his rental was exactly as described. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The AC and fans kept the home perfectly cool, and the beds were very cozy. We really enjoyed our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful waterfront view and hearing all of the birds from the front table and chairs. We would absolutely stay here again—thank you, Humberto!

Our stay at the Starfish was AWESOME! Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings. The beach access to the beautiful private/quiet/not crowded beach just sealed the deal on our weekend getaway! The hammocks and cornhole on the property are such a great added touch also! We cant wait to book again soon! We loved it!!

This place was perfect for our visit to Florida. We came into the area to visit family and to golf. All our needs were met from all the amenities, access to the different golf courses to good restaurants. The place was clean and we felt right at home. Thank you Sarah!

Everything was great; clean, convenient, great location. Area still recovering from hurricane damage, so lots of construction in the area but didn't interfer with enjoying the condo. Onsite manager was very helpful with what to do in the area.

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

I spent the month of March here. I’ve been coming to this area for over 40 years and this is the 2nd year at the complex. I hope I can book it for next March. The condo has all the necessary amenities and it felt like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Had necessary consumables to get my stay started which I appreciated. Any time I had a question Rachel answered immediately. This was a perfect stay in every way-first 2 weeks with golfing girlfriends ( lots of courses nearby) and second 2 weeks were with my pool/beach friends. The only thing lacking were beach chairs but we were able to borrow some. Hurricane Ian damaged their roof and it was replaced while I was there. I was worried it was going to be a noise headache but it really was not an issue. Over the past 2 years here, I’ve met many of the other owners and everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.

We had a great stay. We saw lots of dolphins while sitting on the balcony. Great location located near a quiet beach and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great stay; right on the beach. A wonderful transport service to pick you up at condo and drop you off at any one of the several restaurants or bars and will take you back again to your condo with just a call. Thank you Randy!

Jim’s place was a great location! We had fun fishing in the morning at the bay with the quick walk to the beach for the sunset. It’s great location for a tipsy walk home from live music at the white elephant with a quick hop, skip, and jump into the heated pool. Would recommend for people that want to walk and not have to drive and park. And a plus side, it is the cleanest air bnb we’ve stayed in. Check this place out!

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.
