Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Charlotte County

My husband I spent the month of March at Serenity and found it to be an exceptional experience! The house was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the lanai and pool area and spent many happy hours there. The online guidebook was extremely helpful, and being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. We feel that Brandi and Scott have put a lot of effort into making this home welcoming and inviting to everyone. Communication was easy and response time was short. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it's a short drive to anywhere in Punta Gorda. We highly recommend Serenity and are planning to return next year!

This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

It was a wonderful getaway and a great place to unwind after days of visiting with family. The house was wonderful and the neighborhood was peaceful. We enjoyed unwinding in the pool and relaxing in the house.

Delay’s home was absolutely amazing, clean, and perfect for our family of five. The kids felt right at home and adored this place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, a park right up the street, and 7 minutes from the harbor. Lots of restaurants , stores, & gas stations within a 5 min drive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as expected with location, photos/descriptions, and accommodations. Our weather was not ideal and the hosts went above and beyond to give ideas/recommendations for family friendly, crappy weather activities. Our son came down with a nasty double ear infection and I felt comfortable enough asking them for urgent care recommendations and they delivered, quickly and seamlessly. We all felt at home and all expectations were met above and beyond. Awesome house, amazing hosts, quiet and friendly neighborhood, all 5 stars!!

Lisa was a wonderful host; she is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful! We loved every moment of our stay. The pool was immaculate, and the outside area was private and tranquil, perfect for enjoying your coffee in the morning. The inside of the home was spotless and spacious. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was the most fully stocked one we had ever seen on Airbnb. We'll come back again. I was sad to leave!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made the experience special was the host—so attentive, welcoming, and an absolute pleasure to chat with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Lovely house in Port Charlotte right on a canal with easy access to the harbor. The house was comfortable and spacious for my parents, myself, my husband and our two children. The pictures don't quite capture how clean and updated the house is. The pool area is absolutely perfect, we hung out there every day and spent hours in the pool. There were so many extras provided that we started saying, "if they don't have it here, we don't need it". Snacks and drinks were provided for us, which was just really nice and greatly appreciated. We used the boat almost every day and also fished right off the dock. If we choose to stay in Port Charlotte again we would definitely stay here. Providing a house with a boat included is maybe the best idea I have ever heard. The only bad part was having to leave.

In one word. "PERFECT". The cottage is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Deanne and Nancy clearly put a lot of thought into what they would want and need in a cottage rental. Free of clutter the cottage was beautifully appointed while also being cozy. A fleece throw was rolled up in a basket for the chilly nights or mornings which I was grateful for. I absolutely loved that Deanne and Nancy had a "kick off" tray (for lack of a better term) providing coffee and snacks for your first evening/ morning until you make it to the grocery. The area felt safe and was well lit. I drove most of the time and the location was easy to get in and out, as well as being walkable. I can see why Deanne and Nancy's cottages are booked so far ahead and I highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Dont' change a thing.

We felt that a few things could have been better clarified in the guide. 1. Guide startes "washing machine and separate dryer are in the utility room next to kitchen". Not so. Laundry facility is in the first building. Laundry room is pretty messy. 2. We figured out, hopefully correctly, that the whole back area from the 1st building to the last are "commons" area, since the beach area was not at our unit (#8). BBQ was not at our unit, but there were a couple in the presumably "commons" area. If this is so, we feel this should be mentioned in the guide. 3. Guide states propane tank is in the garage. There is no garage. 4. Safety concern - The deck could use some repairs. Screws and nails are loose. There is one board in which the end of one side has popped up. 5. Just a suggestion. Unit could use a full length mirror. Don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay, resident alligator and green iguana were a nice rustic addition.

This rental is PERFECT! So homey and so close to the beach! I can go on and on about how perfect this vacation was for us!!

So modern and beautiful! The location was peaceful. A perfect stay with our pup. It was well stocked with everything we could’ve needed. Exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay again.

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. David and Natalie's Palm Manor Home - highly recommend!

Our stay at the Starfish was AWESOME! Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings. The beach access to the beautiful private/quiet/not crowded beach just sealed the deal on our weekend getaway! The hammocks and cornhole on the property are such a great added touch also! We cant wait to book again soon! We loved it!!

We loved our stay at Edmund’s place. The perfect place to stay for beach access right out your front door.. it was so nice to be able to have a bathroom and food/snacks such a short walk from the beach!

We had a great time! Loved the private beach access right in front! Beautiful location. Close to everything. It was a bit challenging to see the apartment number’s to know where to park. The place was nice, fully stocked both for in home use, and for at the beach. We didn’t know they were doing remodeling work at the place though. There was some noise going on from workers doing construction. The pics showed a deck walkway to the beach with an outdoor shower, but it was in reparations while we were there. So not in use. We could still easily walk out to the beach. The communication with the host was great, really appreciated that as we had some questions while there. Great time overall!

We had a great stay. We saw lots of dolphins while sitting on the balcony. Great location located near a quiet beach and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

A brilliant birthday retreat in absolutely every way possible! Jennifer and John could not have been more accommodating: friendly, proactive, informative about local amenities and wonderfully supportive when we encountered car issues at checkout. Accomplished hosts, the apartment was immaculate, stocked with more goodies and equipment than we could possibly have imagined we might find and enjoy. A beautifully styled home-away-from-home surrounded by some stunning spaces to walk or drive to. It made our stay and the birthday we were celebrating, Thank you!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. I had so much fun on my vacation because of the place and its location. Its super clean, very well decorated, gives you that beach house feel. It was nice being right across the street from a beautiful beach, and having beach chairs to use. It was also nice not having to get in the car and having to drive anywhere for dinner, we tryed almost all of the local resturants, and found a favorite. Theres even a free local shuttle ! This is an awesome place id love to come back to.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.
