We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

Talk about an incredible find and deal. Private balcony view of the river. Close and convenient to restaurants the highway and actually wasn’t a bad drive to the local beaches. The pool was massive and overlooked the water. My kids had a great time fishing off the dock and we even launched some kayaks from the kayak launch. Very clean and host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back next year. Slept 6 of us comfortably! Thanks for an amazing spring break memory!

We stayed for a month and loved it. We can't say enough about Jennifer...she was always very helpful and responsive. The water filter in the fridge required replacing part way though our stay and she had one delivered the next day. All other communications were responded to very quickly. The place was like new with a well equipped Kitchen. The bikes were a great bonus and got put to good use. Lots of wildlife when looking out the back lanai. Satellite pool a 5 min walk from the condo and never had an issue finding a lounge. They also have the larger pool about a mile away that has more activity. Lots more amenities available within the complex We would definitely stay here again

Great host! Very communicative. Wonderful, easy going condo. We enjoyed losing track of time while sitting on the screened-in porch watching the bay/waterfront.

Carlos was very responsive. I would have liked to see a large mixing bowl for making a salad or mixing in and at lease soap for washing clothes . Also was surprised that there wasn’t an oven and dishwasher for sanitizing dishes. Also the beds are disappointing. Especially the 2nd bedroom which was so uncomfortable my daughter and husband had to sleep in the twin bedroom . We weren’t upset that the heater was broken in the pool because it was 90 degrees out . All and all it was a clean place to stay for the weekend.

We escaped the clutches of uncomfortable beds and stumbled into a world of pure magic, complete with a pool that became our personal oasis. The kids? They transformed into aquatic explorers, diving and splashing from dawn till dusk, their laughter echoing like a triumphant battle cry. And the kitchen? A colossal stage where we orchestrated a feast fit for kings, a culinary adventure that brought us together like never before. This wasn't just a place to stay; it was a rescue mission, a daring escape, a full-blown, unforgettable family adventure! Thank you again Gulf Coast!

Kim from the Port Charlotte house was amazing to work with i was able to check in a few hours earlier. The house was everything as showed on pictures ,very clean location and very quiet as well would highly recommend booking with Evolve and Kim as well.

By far our favorite rental in FL. They really thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable. It was very kid friendly with sand and water toys, books and games. The kitchen was very well stocked. The response time was very fast and friendly when we did have a question. Can't say enough how happy we were with our choice to stay there.

Nice home and pool. Close to beaches and shops and restaurants. Nice to have washer and dryer so could pack light if needed. Need to purchase toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap. (Expected) Good experience. Beds comfortable

Sandra's home was absolutely wonderful! There is so many activities, and amenities to keep your day full at the resort. The front porch and backyard were very peaceful and relaxing. The fenced in yard worked perfect for our little dogs. We definitely recommend staying at Sandra's home.

Anthony's property was perfect for us for the month that we stayed there. The evening sunset views from the lanai were spectacular along with the many local birds, gators and turtles. His condo was very well appointed, mordern and spacious. Although we didn't golf at Heritage Landing, there are many very local affordable courses around. The heated satellite pool is mere 100 yds away and is very quiet and relaxing. The main pool, gym and Tiki bar are nearby as well and were very enjoyable. The Tiki bar menu is outstanding and delicious while the staff were pleasant and most welcoming. Anthony was an excellent host and communicated extremely well with us, he even met us at the Heritage Landing gate to personally show us around the condo and property area. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful property.
