Ideally located in Châtel Guyon, the Grand Hotel residence is in the heart of the city, 200 m from the Thermal Baths, close to shops and restaurants and opposite the Place du Théâtre, the Casino and the Thermal Park. The apartment has been classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation since its total renovation last year. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

In a peaceful hamlet, surrounded by wild and unspoiled nature, 2 km from Gour de Tazenat and located 10 minutes from the junction of highways A 71 and A 89. Within a 40 km radius you can go to Vulcania, Puy de Lemptégy, Volvic springs, the stone house, Puy de Dôme and its Mercury temple. Walks in the Sioule Gorges with its history and heritage... etc. All outdoor activities: hiking, biking, motorbiking, swimming, canoeing, climbing...

In the countryside, in an outbuilding of my property, this 70 m2 accommodation on 2 levels has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 spacious adjoining bedrooms, baby kit and a large outdoor area with private terrace of 80 m2 and parking. It is less than 10 minutes from the A71 and A89 highway junction, exit 12.1 Combronde and all amenities. This place is air-conditioned, non-smoking and pet friendly.
