Ce logement indépendant fait partie de notre maison. Nous sommes Carole et Bernard, discrets et bienveillants, et nous avons à cœur de partager le bonheur de vivre ici. L'été, la maison est un lieu de partage pour notre famille et amis ; la vie normale de la maison 😉. Soyez les bienvenus !

House with an exceptional location on the heights of the village with panoramic views of Lake Paladru, view of the Chartreuse, unforgettable sunrises. Close to the center, access to the beach, shops, restaurants and market within a 10-minute walk. First floor: the house offers a large open living room with balcony, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom. Ground floor: one bedroom with shower room and toilet (access by external staircase, no internal staircase) outdoor dining area.

Cottage with large enclosed grounds located in the municipality of Charavines, 200 m walk to the lake. Fully equipped: ground floor: kitchen/living room with dishwasher, oven and stove, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine, toilet and bedroom with a double bed. In the attic, a large space with double bed, single bed and a play area for children (toys, books) Outdoor barbecue and shed with outdoor toys for kids. At the bottom of the garden, the new chicken coop.

Welcome to the Star Yurt, nestled in the heart of a hamlet in the Chartreuse Mountains. Treat yourself to a unique experience with panoramic views of the Grande Sure. Walks are accessible from the yurt. A few meters away, a private bathroom with bathtub awaits you for a real moment of relaxation. Breakfast possible for an additional fee, upon request and according to our availability. Come and experience a break from nature and serenity in a mountain hamlet!

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You will be enchanted by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no neighbours overlooking. If you would like to stay for several nights, please do not hesitate to ask for information.
