House was meticulously kept, host was communicative & friendly & the location was ideal

We love Sun's place! She is a wonderful host. The place is perfect for exploring Durham. The neighborhood is also lovely to walk around in and safe no matter the hour. I work when I am here and the location/proximity to restaurants, grocery, Farmer's market on weekends, and Duke East Campus (if you need to shuttle to main that's easy too) make this a win for me. I also travel here with my kids and Sun's place has everything we need. Parking is also easy. Note that there are stairs which didn't affect us but may be an issue for others with mobility issues.

Such a great place. Easy to get anywhere in Raleigh. It was so clean and warming.

We needed a quick place to stay for a few days while my dad was in the hospital. Hosts were very attentive and generous.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the location is perfect—close to major highways and in a safe area, so I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Susan and Rob are amazing hosts—they’re always quick to respond if I have any questions, and they make sure you have everything you need for a smooth stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this Brinnan's place and had an absolutely amazing experience. The place is great, with a perfect location and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The amenities are top-notch, and the property is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. The atmosphere was fantastic, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We felt so comfortable and pampered in this luxurious setting. The owner was super responsive and always ready to help with any questions or needs. This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to others!

Super clean townhouse close to NC State Fairgrounds! We had 2 groups of 2, and enjoyed the privacy with a bedroom (2 on second floor) and full bath on each level. Really nice back deck. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and will be back for our next horse show!

I rented this out for a few of our technicians that were in the area doing long term work. They were thrilled with the amenities, how close it was to the job site, their rooms. They even told the owner how great it was when she went to the job site.

My family stayed over at Paige's airbnb for Duke's graduation weekend, and they had a great experience! Paige was really flexible in allowing them to check earlier on Friday afternoon. The townhouse was a great size for 5 adults and easily parked two SUVs outside on the driveway. The area is quiet and residential, and just 10 minutes from downtown Durham. A great value for a family to stay especially for big events like graduation!

Olu was a great host and the house was a nice place, quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

We had a wonderful weekend! The house offered everything we needed! We would love to come back in the future to visit the area and stay here again!

This was my first time using Airbnb, prior I had used Vrbo. Tyler was very welcoming and responsive to anything that I needed or any questions that I had. The home is as described in the photos and the area is safe and secure. My family and I stayed 17 nights, and it felt like we were leaving home once we finally left Tyler’s place as we had gotten used to the area and his home. I loved the master shower, it made for great relaxing and the bathroom had plenty of space. There are also two additional bathrooms in the home and they were nice and clean. The master bed was super comfortable and my children enjoyed the other available rooms. We also enjoyed the desks in the second and third bedrooms as it accommodated space for my children’s laptops and their ability to complete homework. Overall I am happy with the decision to choose Tyler’s home, and I would definitely book again. Enjoy!

Alexis's place was a great home base for us. It was well set up for a longer stay with kitchen basics, plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent, and towels for both the pool and the bath. It is easy to walk to the pool and you can access the Greenway and Shelly Lake Park without a car and without crossing the big road out front. Alexis replied within minutes whenever we contacted her.

This place is terrific, its a new construction and all amenities are great. Kitchen , living room and rooms are very specious and clean. All the rooms have a TV, and the laundry room is extremely practical. The first floor its a very spacious room for a good workout and to meditate. Overall this place is great! One more thing ohave to mentioned, great communication with the property owner, easy check in and out. Overall a great Stayed!

What a great experience! The house was in a good location, close to stores but in a nice quiet neighborhood. (I enjoyed watching the cardinals and sparrows eating seed out of the bird feeder on the back porch.) It was clean, uncluttered and nicely decorated. It had everything I needed to cook and be comfortable. They even provided a few extra treats! The hosts gave clear directions and were accessible. I especially appreciated their kind, generous responses when I reached out for help. I had forgotten some clothes in the closet and they offered to mail them to me! Wow! Catie and Ryan are excellent hosts!

It was a great place. The amenities were great and the kitchen was well stocked to actually cook. We were easily able to cook breakfast each morning. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing that threw me off is that all the showers were on the top floor. But it was fine for our group. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s I had stayed in.
