Lovely retreat in an amazing location, one of Durham's best neighborhoods, only six miles to UNC, six miles to Duke and 12 miles to RDU airport. Three bedrooms and two full baths, with an amazing back yard and miles of walking paths through the safe wooded neighborhood, complete with playgrounds, playing fields, and restaurants and shops at both ends of the neighborhood. Very convenient to RTP, I-40 and Southpoint Mall.
