House holiday rentals in Chapel Allerton

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

Only issue was there was only one roll of toilet paper , and the wifi didn’t seem to work but apart from that it was perfect

Lovely hosts, felt very welcomed with a welcome note and cookies! Bed very comfy and lovely kitchen and living area. Clean Bathroom. Full of amenities! A lovely stay! Only think is that its very hot and there is no extractor fan, so when cooking it does heat up. The oven shelf tips out very easily, so be careful opening it otherwize your food will go on the floor

Beautiful homely little cottage with gorgeous garden

We had an amazing time at the house! It was beautifully finished and was spotless on arrival! The house had all the amenities we could possibly need- we had a very comfortable stay! Luckily the sunshine made an appearance during the weekend so we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard! We would definitley recommend this house to others

Very good stay, even when something was needed it was sorted quickly. Good location for pub and easy to get into town or other local areas.

Great communication. Check in was easy and no problem finding a space to park the car. We had a comfortable night’s sleep. Good location close to the centre for a university open day.

We were on a business trip as part of the UKREiiF conference and exhibition in Leeds. Hotels in the city tend to profiteer, so Kath's Airbnb offered an excellent value alternative located just a 10 minute drive from the city centre. I would also recommend it if you have children. We could not get enough of the beautiful pastoral views outside every window – such a lovely, peaceful location! The cottage is all new, beautifully designed and decorated. Certainly, one of our nicest Airbnb stays ever! We were impressed with all the thoughtful and generous touches, especially all the goodies for us in the kitchen. Our Little Glenville stay was the perfect finale to our Yorkshire vacation.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Tracy was really good at responding and nothing too much trouble. She had left some bits for us as we were late checking in which we had notified in advance. Great place to be. Thank you.

Perfect for 2-4, 10 minutes in a sensibly priced taxi from the middle of town, can’t go wrong with this if your using it as a place to get your head down, clean as a whistle and quick and clean communication, would recommend.

Basic, but perfect for what we needed. John was helpful, check in was easy. Living room was really nice to relax in, bathroom clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfy and clean.
