We had a great time at Martine's apartment which is even better than in the photos. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, very good bedding, very soft sheets. Beautifully furnished, well-equipped, very beautiful garden. Martine is very kind and has great advice. We will come back without hesitation and we recommend it without reservation.

We came for a day at Puy-du-Fou. The studio is in a very good location in a quiet area. Jacqueline and her husband are very welcoming. We have nothing to say about the place. Everything was great with lots of care. We recommend this studio for a trip to the area.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

We had the chance to rent this house at the last minute. Martin is very responsive and accessible. The place is quiet and there are many bike paths nearby that allow you to go into town or to the sea. The house is pleasant, clean and very well-equipped. It's a real Airbnb, like a home that friends would have lent you. There are all the basics in the kitchen cabinets, both from an equipment point of view, and from the point of view of basic foods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour,...). There is a lot of what you need too like bath towels, kitchen towels, soaps... There is a Nespresso coffee maker and a percolator. We felt comfortable with 6 people but it seems narrow for eight. A quick note for the bedroom with twin beds upstairs: the mattresses are thin, so rather for children. The other 3 bedrooms are very large and the bedding is good. Had a pleasant stay at Vincent's place. The apartment is in a quiet and secure residence. I would highly recommend it!

The sea view is a luxury offered by the 3 main rooms of the accommodation. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops (U) and shops. The beach, very nice, is literally a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It's clean, the furniture is convenient and modern, and no need to shop when you arrive. The host is so discreet that he is not present but is very responsive by messages, 5 minutes max. Well soundproofed, pool during the season. Honestly I recommend it, there were 4 of us and we will probably come back. Go there without a second thought.

We had a great stay at Sylvie's apartment, one of the best located rentals one can find in La Tranche Sur Mer, with a balcony right on the main beach. The time of year we rented, end of May/start of June has nice weather for beautiful walks on the beach right outside and in the typical streets. Parking can be a pain in La Tranche, but the parking spot allocated to the rental was very convenient. The beach in the front is ideal for families with small kids, with very gentle tide and a "boating" school right nearby. Restaurant and shop owners around are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate families with kids. It is a less well known spot of French sea side that deserves to be better known. The apartment itself is very clean and very convenient to stay in, and Sylvie is a very friendly and very helpful host who goes out of her way to make sure renters have a great stay. We will rent again.

Very nice apartment, stylishly furnished, with all the necessary amenities available and located in a prime location! Right on the beach and within walking distance of the city center. As a guest during the summer months, however, take into account a lot of noise at night from singing and calling people walking past the domain towards their sleeping place. The swimming pool on the property is small and is only suitable for smaller children to play in or to refresh as an adult. But the beach and the sea poles at the backyard so if you want to take a refreshing dip or swim longer distances, you can go there.

We found the place very easily. Céline was waiting for us on arrival at the agreed time. She is a very welcoming and pleasant host, she recommended an excellent restaurant near her home. The apartment is exactly as described, very clean, and close to the train station. If we have to come back to this area, we will come back to Céline's without hesitation!

Pleasant accommodation. Cyclists can store their bikes in the shelter in a shed.
