Holiday rentals with a patio in Channel Islands Beach

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfortable. Had two little ones and they were able to handle the walk from the Airbnb to the Promenade and the pier/beach. Would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Have recommended Julie to all my friends and personally will seek her out as my first choice for all future visits. 5stars for accessibility, cleanliness and every consideration being accounted for…Julie is a diamond and I’m a world traveler so you won’t be disappointed I can assure you of that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

위치 공간 우리 세가족에게 모든 점이 만족합니다. 주차 공간도 여유있고 편리합니다. 담번에 LA에 놀러오면 꼭 다시 오고 싶네요. 한가지만 말한다면, 체크아웃시 화요일인 그 날만 엘리베이터 작동이 안됨. 미리 안내가 있었다면 무거운 캐리어 3개를 계단으로 들고 지하 주차장까지 가는 수고가 없었을수도.

Stayed here for a week of remote work and loved it! Strong, private WiFi, walkable to lots of fun stuff, and just a block from the ocean.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Izzah’s place is tidy and spacious, just as described. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but maybe next time? Easily accommodated me and my three children in their 20s. Grocery stores and other amenities conveniently located.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment, as described. Having secure parking was a huge bonus. Communication with Sam was easy, instructions were clear and they were super responsive to any needs. Would stay here again!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Amanda's place in Carp is very well located! 2 minutes walk to the beach, and maybe 10 minutes walk to restaurants! Her little condo works very well for a couple and although it is a studio, it is sleeping are is very private. The home is well equipped with everything you need and it is very well presented. Amanda was super responsive and finding it and getting in was a breeze! I highly recommend this for a couple's retreat!
