Holiday rentals with a patio in Changé

Comfortable and very clean apartment, well located and close to the historic areas of the city. Very friendly host who gave us great flexibility in departure and arrival times. Recommended!

Jean Luc is a considerate and attentive host. Living on site, he has always met our needs. The beautiful garden is worthy of the description. Double hammock loungers and bikes available, it's lovely. We were able to enjoy Jean Luc's terrace and barbecue at noon. Within a radius of 30 minutes, we were able to visit the Château de Montmirail, the Templar Commandery and the 24h Museum of Le Mans. The municipal swimming pool is a 5-minute walk away (€2 after 5 p.m.) is very clean to enjoy the end of the day. Only small downside: the studio is not completely independent.

Second stay, an absolute pleasure to stay in this space. Beautiful French home, unique and welcoming.

Perfect welcome, very comfortable accommodation, a lovely time, a great breakfast and a more than pleasant spa.

We were only here for a short overnight stay, bur was a convenient location walkable to restaurants etc. Benjamin was very helpful and available for any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for large groups, the kitchen with its double amenities is very convenient! Our stay went well. Small point of attention anyway, the apartment is above a distillery that makes private evenings, unfortunately you can hear the music in a few rooms. Despite this, I totally recommend, it is rare to find homes as well for large groups, Romain is also responsive to requests.

A pretty house full of charm 15 minutes from the Le Mans circuit where we went. Martine is a kind person as you don't see much anymore. She did everything to make us feel at home. A stay and a meeting too short. Thank you very much

Easy check-in. Lots of parking space in the area. Very quiet little cottage with all the comforts and two bathrooms which is appreciated. No complaints. Completely as described.

Old house completely tastefully renovated. It's cozy and very welcoming, it feels like home. For our arrival, Natasha left us lots of little touches: bottle of rosé, small packs of sweets for the kids, tea / coffee, bathroom kit... everything was perfect! Also note that the price includes bed linen and bath towels. Knowing that nowadays everything is subject to extra charge, it's super appreciated. Great bedding and comfy bedding. Another big thank you to Natasha for this stay, if we have to come back to the area we will be sure to return.

Alexandre is a friendly and welcoming host Well equipped house and close to the Zoo de la fleche. Pleasant small village.
