En contrebas d'un petit village, vous êtes en proximité de notre petit parc animalier (chèvre naine, lapins, oies, canards, poules) , dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature.

The apartment

This accommodation for 4/5 people (possibility of adding a baby kit and/or an extra bed) is ideally located in the city centre of Seyssel. Single-storey adjoining the car park, easy to find. Everything is done on foot (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant etc. With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on holiday or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!

Enjoy with your children swimming in Champdor 800 m away. Portico for children aged 3-10 years in closed courtyard (under the supervision of parents). West facing terrace access. Bicycle loan +helmets for 2 adults and 1 child possible.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor in a detached house in a very quiet area. The small town of Seyssel is at the intersection of the departments of Ain, Haute-Savoie and Savoie, 45 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva and Chambéry. The house is 500 m from the Chemin de Compostelle and Via Rhona. The house is 200 m from a leisure center (swimming, water sports) and at the foot of Grand Colombier (1534 m). Shops nearby (less than 3 km). Train station 1.5 km away.
