Vous y accédez par un charmant sentier piétonnier de 50 mètres et bénéficiez d'une magnifique vue sur la vallée. Sa terrasse extérieure couverte de 19 m² possède un SPA entièrement privatisé. Adultes seulement. Bébés et enfants non autorisés.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

We offer a 30 m2 apartment, recently renovated, with a south-facing balcony. Upon arrival you will find your beds made as well as towels. Our cottage is located in Rambaud, a small village located 5 minutes from Gap and its shops, 30 minutes from Lake Serre Ponçon and the first ski resorts. This all-wood chalet is located at the exit of the village in absolute calm and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
