Le terrain, les espaces de jeux et la piscine sont partagés avec les propriétaires. Le cadre est propice à diverses activités (terrain de pétanque, but de foot, baby-foot, table de ping-pong...). Un poolhouse vous permet de prendre vos repas autour de la piscine non chauffée (profondeur de 70 cm à 1,80m).
