Our cosy studio is located in a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde. The studio has all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable chairs, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days there is a fireplace. There is WiFi and you can park your car with us. And outside is your private terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

Our cottage is located in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye wine region. The fully equipped house has many advantages (outdoor space, Jacuzzi, terrace, bar area with barbecue...) The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, with the possibility of installing a 3rd sleeping area, double bed, in the main room). The house is located on its own private land. 5 km from the A10 highway.

Located 25 minutes from the CNPE and 1 km from the city center of Blaye (with its UNESCO World Heritage citadel) and all its amenities: bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco press... Parking is available in a private courtyard located in front of the accommodation and closed via an electric gate.
