Calme assuré. La maison dispose au rez de chaussée d'une pièce à vivre avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine tout équipée. Un bureau avec un couchage d appoint de 2 personnes, une salle de bain et un WC. A l'étage 2 chambres avec lits 2 personnes et coin détente avec un canapé convertible 2 personnes

En hiver, nous sommes à 1heure ½ de Super Besse, En été, étang pour la baignade et la pêche très proche.

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
