Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

We loved this apartment. It was clean and had a very spacious feel. Although it has an entrance out to the sidewalk it seems very private. The distance to the metro stop is very walkable. If I were to come to Madrid again, I would definitely stay here again.

This is an extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood near universities. The area is very walkable and there is a grocery a half block away. Transportation was easy as well. Loved looking out the balcony windows onto the street - and loved the music coming from the cultural center across the street!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Walkable distance to the metro and restaurants. The unit was also well equipped so I you wanted to prepare your on meals as well. There is a grocery store 3 min away. The unit was very clean, modern, and as depicted in the photos. I would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Antonio's apartment. For us, it was the perfect location...one block away from a delightful plaza...complete with fountain, restaurants, ping pong tables, charming ambience, lots of activity, etc. The unit worked well for a couple, although it is not spacious. A highlight was the delightful and friendly host. Antonio made us feel right at home and is very considerate! We stayed for nearly two weeks...separated by a one-week side trip to the coast. This is an amazing Airbnb and I absolutely loved staying here - I’ve stayed at this flat a few times now and I think it’s even better each time I’m there. It’s situated in a fantastic location and easy to get to most places in Madrid from there. Cristina is a wonderful host and is always really helpful and responsive. I can totally recommend.

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives you great peace of mind and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outside view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and I'd love to come back. I have no complaints, on the contrary!

Maria Jesus was a great host. She is very kind and attentive to all our needs. She has a great vibe and very welcoming. We loved the place and even tried to book it on our return trip but it was taken and I can see why. We were fortunate to not only find a great, quiet and roomy place with AC, but also met a great lady. Thank you Maria, I hope we meet again someday.

Good apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable sofa bed. It even has private parking, although we traveled by train. Everything was fine.

I recommend this apartment for its location, comfortable, in a very quiet place and just 100 meters from La Gran Vía, the host Nuria is very friendly.

Everything was perfect at this place. Right next to the metro station so you don't need to worry about transportation. Lila was very helpful and always responded very quickly. The place itself was really clean and had everything you'd need. Check in & check out was smooth as well. Definitely recommend!
