Quiet area and conveniently located. The apartment is cozy and there is enough natural light, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. In addition to the good treatment by Olga, friendly and attentive to everything you need. More than recommended!

What can I say: exceptional place, the apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need and more. Very new and clean. The fabulous host, always attentive and helpful. The only thing I regret is not being able to stay longer. The bus stops at the door and getting to the center is very easy. Great supermarket and other markets very close, including ready meals and desserts from the novel. What else to say??? THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for letting us live in your property, even if it's only for a few days.

Fantastic hosts, they were very attentive to everything, and with very clear instructions. Easy and very quick communications. Very reactive to comments for improvement, that at the hours they were implemented. The apartment is comfortable.

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

Veronica and Sofia's place is super close to the metro station, it has a market and restaurants around. I recommend it, a clean and quiet place.

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

The room is as described. It's literally next to the Metropolitano Stadium. Everything was great. Patricia was very nice and communicative

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

A perfect apartment, with everything you need to stay in Madrid. The metro station is very close and there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also worth appreciating is the beautiful park with a bike path, which is also illuminated at night. Impeccable availability of hosts. If I go back to Madrid, I would definitely choose this accommodation again.
