With meticulous design and a clear commitment to minimalist elegance, this apartment will captivate you. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer you a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living room, a bar with high stools and a nice glass window bathes the space with warm natural light. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: -During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The bathroom has double access from the bedroom and the living room, allowing its independent use. In the bedroom, dreamy nights await you thanks to the comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and the careful design will transport you to the experience of a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. The access to the house goes through a hall and then to the kitchen. This, fully equipped, has a modern and elegant design in black and white tones and a marble floor that brings an exclusive touch to this room. The living room and dining room are spacious and very bright and also include a glazed terrace that allows the passage of natural light as well as enjoying the beautiful views of the city. It has an elegant blue sofa bed (with double bed) that together with the carpet of geometric patterns and the brick wall, create an atmosphere full of personality. It should also be noted, its small reading corner, its high ceilings and warm melis pine wood floors that add to the feeling of comfort that this house gives off. The dining area has a table with capacity for six people, ideal for more formal meals. The master bedroom is characterized by its luminosity, achieved thanks to the French doors available to flood it with natural light. It is equipped with a Queen Size double bed of 1.80cmx1.90cm. It has light gray walls, a pastel yellow headboard and soft blue furniture that add softness to this spacious room. There is a second bathroom with shower that has a very contemporary design and high quality finishes. Finally, the apartment has its own newly renovated private gym where guests can enjoy fitness. The house is fully equipped with utensils and appliances of leading brands. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

This is a special apartment I am sharing in Airbnb- It's pretty unique as it has a full open-air patio (which you can cover for privacy) , as an additional outdoor space for dining, relaxation, etc. ) The full apartment is +80 m2 (plus 20m2 patio) and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- one ensuite Fun fact: in the early part of the 20th century, the patio area was used as a barn for horses before cars became prevalent in the city). The location is very central, but in the Conde Duque neighborhood, where it's peaceful to stroll. It's a renovated old house with plenty of natural light and four balconies overlooking the square. Being centrally located, there may be some noise, and while the windows have been restored, they don't completely block street noise as they are original, not PVC. The kitchen is modern and open-plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom.
