This place is a hidden treasure honestly. We never realised it would be this amazing until we reached and stayed there for 2 days. The host and the caretaker Suresh are extremely helpful and accomodating. They'll make you feel so welcome and at home. Kudos to them. Peaceful, silent and surrounded by trees and farms give you a wholesome vacation feel. Pro tip: You can ask anything to be made by the caretaker Suresh and he'll make sure to get it done and it's very very tasty. Anything vegetarian. We can in fact come back just for the food too.

This hidden gem in a remote location offers a truly serene experience. The caretaker, Devraj, was always available and ensured we had delicious meals. The swimming pool was impeccably maintained, with clean and refreshing water. Nestled at the foothills of the mountains, the property also offers a short trek leading to a picturesque village view. Adding to the charm were four adorable dogs who made our stay even more delightful.

Dinu is a great Host. The bungalow is located at an amazing site. Very serene and peaceful and away from city hustle. It has full fledged kitchen [you can even cook ypur own food], indoor games to keep your self busy, a big hall, music system, TV, etc. The best part was availability of breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby at reasonable price. Though limited option but it saves lot of your time by not traveling back forth to city. The caretaker was nice and he arranged household help for cleaning. Thank you for hosting us. We will love to come back. Improvement areas that beds can be made spacious [king size would have been great].

Beautiful location a little difficult to reach, but its worth the drive. The easy access to an scenic environment around sunset and beautiful sunrise view and early morning bird sounds were truly awesome. The entire drive from Bangalore to this spot via Bandhipur, Mudumalai is welcoming. Food was tasty and amazing tea and coffee. One of the best property we have stayed and enjoyed as friends, it should be truly family friendly. Special thanks to the care takers of the property and the host for providing a wonderful experience.

It is a great place to stay. feels like a home

We really loved our stay here. We had booked a 2-night stay for our short trip to Ooty, and although the place is a little far from the town center, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, allowing us to escape the traffic during the peak season. The host was very proactive, and the staff was extremely helpful, ensuring timely arrangements for breakfast and even providing dinner on short notice. The rooms were clean, and all the listed amenities were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful 1 BHK villa.

My stay at Sunridge Homestay, hosted by Ram and his wife, was wonderful. The property is surrounded by lush greenery with stunning hill views, offering a serene escape. Ram and his wife were incredibly welcoming, ensuring I felt right at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing complete comfort. The location is peaceful yet close to Kotagiri’s main attractions, and Ram’s helpful tips made exploring the area easy. Sunridge Homestay is the perfect combination of great hospitality and natural beauty. Highly recommended!

This place is beautiful and we felt right at home. Prabhakan Sir was very responsible and he helped us with information and kept in touch until we reached the place. The house was clean and spacious, kids had a great time playing in the front and back yards. Another highlight of our stay was Shakeela, the caretaker. She was always on her toes to help us and she cooked amazing food for us and accommodated our requests. Overall this stay elevated our trip to Ooty experience to another level. I highly recommend this place and we will also visit again.
