Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

Wonderful villa, sorry that there was a short stay. All very clean and modern. Everything corresponds to the photos. Great large clean pool. If possible, we will definitely stay here for a longer time.

A dream stay from start to finish! Our time in this beautiful villa was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a wonderful private swimming pool that we enjoyed every day. As the icing on the cake, we even got a motorbike – ideal for exploring the area! What made this stay really special was the personal attention of our host, Tanya. She was incredibly friendly, clear in her communication and really thought things through with us. Because we were traveling with our baby, she had even provided a tub so we could shower him easily – so thoughtful! Thanks to Tanya, we felt immediately at ease and were able to fully enjoy our holiday. We will definitely come back here again. Absolutely recommended!

We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Our place was wonderful. It was very central to many other restaurants and very close to the beach (2min walk). The host even gave some snacks upon arrival that were delicious. It was overall a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

I liked staying here. The view is great. The design of the building and how it faces the Andaman Sea. The pool is great on the roof.

Villa meets expectations. Removed somewhat from the city, we were able to discover several very local restaurants. 7/11 and Lotus within walking distance or scooter. However, the villa is in a neighborhood with a mosque nearby. Prayer is heard at different times and alcohol is not available everywhere in shops or restaurants. The stay was really great. The villa is new, very clean and the quality of the services is up to the non-excessive price. Complex secured by the security staff who was very nice. Bua's team is responsive to questions and different requests. Transportation has been arranged to pick us up from the airport to the villa. I recommend the villa 👌🏼

We had a great stay. House is huge and had more than enough space for our whole group of 9. Host was really responsive and accommodating and fixed an aircon issue without delay. Location is fantastic with restaurants only a few minutes walk from the house. The Kata Noi beach is a 5 minute drive away and has less tourists than Kata beach. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! It's incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The host was extremely helpful and always available to assist with any requests, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the electricity cost was a bit high compared to the average, but overall, it's a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing place. Pictures don’t do justice. Place is huge. It’s great you get all the good things you would with an Airbnb but also with the percs of a luxury hotel with the room service, food, rides etc

They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for our needs – spacious, spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition throughout. You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. Huge thanks to Olga for the early check-in 🫶 It is very valuable. Our questions were also resolved very quickly and we received help from Olga. Even late at night. The place is very quiet , the villa is comfortable and pleasant. Cleaning came once every 7 days and pool cleaning 2 times a week, which is incredibly convenient. They do everything quickly. Thank you very much, we will definitely contact you 🫶🤗

Nice place to stay , clean and organized.

We spent a month at Mai and Kurt's great place. The whole apartment is simply fantastic: paradise on earth, it can't be nicer. The open concept and fantastic views are unique. We loved every moment. Kurt was accessible at all times and spoiled us with fine delicacies as a welcome. He's a great host all around. Thank you for this unforgettable time.

Villa is located on top of hill. Very peaceful environment. Service is prompt as well. Pictures doesn't do justice to the view. Love it!

It was great to stay with Ruddy, we had our own bedroom above the restaurant with a massive double bed. Everything was super clean on arrival and it felt very luxurious. He gave great recommendations of things to do in Phuket and on the nearby islands. The room is very larger and the pictures don't quite to that justice! The bed was super comfortable and we felt very safe there. The main town of Phuket is only a cab drive away so if you have the grab app this will be just over 200b per trip.

This is a house that brings pleasant surprises. The furniture is neatly arranged, the bedroom is clean, and the staff members are friendly. Vlada and her husband try their best to offer all kinds of help. Moreover, in the sweltering summer, the air conditioner was turned on in advance to welcome us even before we arrived. We spent several enjoyable days here. It has convenient transportation. The motorcycle rental shop is just 100 meters away on foot, and there are convenience stores and delicious restaurants nearby. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. You will definitely love it.
