Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Boathouse is a little hidden gem.Located in an AONB. Surrounded by many coastal walks all on your doorstep. A brilliant location close to the lots of local amenities all within a short walk. The Buddle Inn pub is a 5 minute stroll away. There is a beach cafe close to St Catherine’s lighthouse also a short walk away. We have tried to make this retreat as comfortable as possible, influenced by the Hamptons. I’m confident you will love it.

A family run homestead that fronts Niton Undercliff, overlooking Reeth Bay at the southern tip of the Island. Providing an "OFF GRID" Tiny House accommodation, is set within an established Food Forest Garden. It sleeps two adults with a double bed, that each morning you can wake to beautiful sea views, and offers a simple and efficient living space. There is a shepherds hut shower room with a combined dry compost toilet.. This accommodation is for over 18s only. No dogs.

The Lawn is a semi-detached cottage with a private garden. It has been completely renovated as a stone house to create a friendly holiday home for couples and friends. The building is Grade II Listed from the 1860s with the window casements, original Victorian Conservatory and shaped roof tiles and woodwork being of historic importance. 
Relaxing and fun holidays are guaranteed at The Lawn, so it’s no wonder that many guests return year after year.

Classic Farmhouse nestled in National Landscape

Locks Farm House is a Grade II listed stone build dating back to 1702. It is a traditional long thatch with the roof also covering the former barn. There are two plain beam reception rooms and two double bedrooms, one with an original panel wall. All the rooms look out onto a walled garden and the Downs surrounding the village. The current owners restored the house lovingly using original materials and remain resident in Niton.

The Scout Hall is full of fun things & interesting artefacts. One of the first Scout Halls anywhere & dating back to 1908, the property has great sea views towards the Needles from the large balcony. The well known local pub, The Wight Mouse is within two minutes staggering distance and the area is criss-crossed with footpaths, with the sea being approx. a 15 minute walk.
