You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. Alone, as a couple, with your children or a couple of friends, we will be happy to welcome you and offer you a breakfast with our homemade products.

22 m² studio full of charm with a beautiful high ceiling completely refurbished, in a quiet and green area not overlooked. Located close to the village of Châtillon-sur-Colmont between Mayenne and Ernée. This accommodation offers: a separate entrance with cupboard, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, private bathroom + toilet. Guests can also enjoy access to the garden of about 2000 m² with a seating area.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Discover nature, for an unusual and minimalist stay for 2 or with family in the heart of the Mayennaise countryside. Located on the family farm, the Tiny is a 10-minute walk to the village supermarket. If you feel like it, mountain bikes can be provided to explore the 31 km of surrounding hiking trails (€5 per day regardless of the number of bikes). From the rooster to the donkeys, they will all be there to welcome you.

On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. The small cabin turns into a small mountain chalet from November 1 until mid-March… I look forward to welcoming you.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.

Studio near train station, city center

Studio apartment located 10 min walk from train station and city center, in a private property with independent entrance. You can enjoy the proximity of the Mayenne and the towing. The studio includes: a good quality 160 double bed, an equipped kitchen (induction hobs fridge combined microwave oven), a bathroom with toilet, WIFI and 80cm TV.

For a desire to unwind or simply enjoy the countryside, our "le pied à l'étrier" gîte located in a family stud farm is ideal. You'll have the opportunity to observe and/or pet the horses and ponies. Activities in the surrounding area will be suggested. Available: rental of 2 electric bikes to enjoy the hiking trails.
