Apartment very well located, many cafes, restaurants, market nearby. Quiet streets for walking at any time. Bright apartment, super safe building, quiet neighborhood with no noises. Good bed, small kitchen however complete. Good bathroom also. The charm is really for the private terrace, it's really cool. Santiago answers all messages very quickly.

I travel to Buenos Aires often and I've just discovered this place, I'll definitely be back! The service and the place are really what they describe and even better! Thank you Lara

This was an amazing place to stay in Buenos Aires! Not only were the accommodations extremely comfortable and everything you could want, but Lucas went above and beyond to help us, offering early check-in and storing our luggage upon check-out since we had a late flight. Before arrival, he sent us a video on how to find the apartment in the building. It felt extremely safe because there was a locked gate and a security guard always present. The area surrounding the apartment also felt extremely safe. We had no problems walking to restaurants or to stores late at night. There were lots of restaurants and stores close by, as well as various bus stops. The Subway was a 15-minute walk, which seemed common for BA. The apartment had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and an iron. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting!

The apartment is cozy and tidy. The location is great, it is possible to do a lot of things walking. On the same street there are two cafés that open from 08am and they are great! Josefina was always attentive to communicate, an optimal host. Quick check-in, no sleeping noises.

it is the second time I visit the apartment of Paula in Palermo and it was a very pleasant experience, she is very attentive, the condominium is nice and excellently well located, the whole environment is great. the apartment, spectacular well lit and very comfortable for tourism or business trips. sure when I visit Buenos Aires again I will stay there! I really liked the apartment, comfortable and a beautiful view. The pool on the 27th floor is simply beautiful, the hydro is a plus. Laura is a genius. I recommend it 100%

Great stay! Apartment has all the basic necessities and is in a great location. Hosts were incredibly responsive and very understanding and flexible when my flight arrived late and I had to change my check in time. Recommend booking and would book again myself. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

There were no surprises. It was super clean and with new appliances. We were greeted by Carolina and her daughter. We will not hesitate to rent again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The house looks like from a movie, super stylish, comfy, and spacious. I wish I could live there for a year haha The office is huge and nice, with a big window, definitely made me more productive.

The stay was great and the place was just like the pictures. Super usable the apartment with the grillboard ! We just didn't have wifi throughout the stay and it couldn't be fixed because it was holiday days. Beyond these points we would go again!
