I had an issue with my flight and tincho was absolutely helpful. I’ve been around the area where the place is, and I can tell you is absolutely amazingly located.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

In that area it is not that there are many things to do or know, but we were good for being more or less close to Tecnópolis. Quiet area, very good and comfortable independent apartment. Very attentive host. Recommended.

Spacious and charming house with comfortable location close to bus and metro. We were two families with children who enjoyed many bedrooms, two living rooms and several outdoor areas. The host was helpful in answering questions before arrival, and service minded to arrange things during the stay. Before with a code lock worked very well - nice to drop keys!

Cris was extremely helpful and clear in the instructions to receive us. The house has many stairs, 3 floors and a bathroom and a suspended mezzanine. All very clean, towels and bed linen for everyone. Healing and air conditioned in day. Outstanding location, one of the best possible in Buenos Aires. There are only two bathrooms with shower, so if it is in a large group, you need to divide well, since one of the bathrooms is on one between floors that connects to the rooftop. I highly recommend it, especially for the clarity of communication with Cris, for the excellent location, for comfort and convenience.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

Fransisco’s place is a true reflection of the spirit of Buenos Aires. Artsy, urban and beautiful. A true porteno house. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever been to on Airbnb and Fransisco is a gem, super friendly, eager to help and assist, he gives you the feeling that you’re truly his guest and not just another customer. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

We had a night with my partner. The apartment was just like the description. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication with Graciela was quick and she was flexible with check-in and check-out times. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly. We didn't have a problem. Excellent cost-benefit.

This is the second time staying in this apartment, more than recommended! Well-equipped apartment, area with lots of transportation and collaborating hosts in everything. It's comfortable, safe, and has everything you need.

The truth is 10 points. Not only is the place beautiful, it feels like a lot of love for many years, but it's also very well connected, the people who live in it are divine, and the plants are spectacular. I recommend 100%.
