Apartment holiday rentals in Chacarita

I liked the neighborhood and the apartment itself. It's close to the train station, metro station and the bus stops. There are lots of cafes and bars around. The only downside was one of the neighbors who played very loud music until 5:00AM on Saturday. During the weekdays it was quiet.

The place was perfect for what I needed. Close to places to see concerts, super practical, easy access to transportation, close to the Dorrego subway stop. Everything was excellent! María was always ready to help with whatever I needed, flexible and very kind.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location in Villa Crespo - near to many amazing restaurants and shops. Very walkable - it is a short distance to the subway and other fun neighbourhoods, like Palermo. The neighbourhood felt very safe and the apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and cozy. Sarai was so friendly - we appreciated the kind and helpful communication from the host!

Very happy with my long-term (3 week stay) here. Neighborhood was near the subway, coffee shops, parks, restaurants (including an empanada place I’ll forever miss), and more. WiFi worked great for Zoom calls. Nice balcony. Karina was a very responsive host. I would return.

really is one of the best dptos that I have rented. top quality details and really quality price is excellent. really super recommended everything. cleanliness, comfort, modernity, the area is full of shops to buy what you want. the access to the carport spotless. the large patio that has to enjoy. congratulations

This is a great building. We had already stayed in another unit of the same building and the pool is as fantastic as it looks.

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. It had everything i needed plus some extra niceties (like electrical adapters) without any unnecessary items so i had plenty of space to spread out and store my stuff. The blackout curtains were really great as well. It was light and airy during the day and completely dark at night. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful!

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Paula's apartment is wonderful. It is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, very calm and relaxed with lovely restaurants and cafes really close by. Short walk to main road with great gym, ice cream shops etc. The apartment itself has amazing natural light, excellent wifi for video calls etc. Overall, a brilliant place to stay long term or short. I stayed a month and I wish I could have stayed longer. Paula is very friendly and kind host too! I highly recommend this place to other travelers

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He left us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organised, he explains how everything works. And I'm always ready to answer any questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Ezequiel’s place in Cañitas was perfect for my stay. It’s super clean, has literally everything you’d need, and the balcony is a great bonus. It can be a bit tight for two, but totally manageable. The location is amazing — close to restaurants, a mall, and supermarkets. I’d 100% stay here again!

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended to us very well. Our stay was great.
