Sitta Cottage

This little house proposes the advantages of the city in a green setting. Situated in the South of Gradignan, the accommodation is in exact border between forest, vineyards and the city of Bordeaux. It offers a direct access to the natural sites such as circuits of local hikes, Pathway of St Jacques de Compostelle, wine trail of the Grave, Natural reserve of Landes of Gascony and Bay of Arcachon. One of its assets is its accessibility in public transportation (bus, streetcar, train).

Come and enjoy this very warm and cocooning house, in the heart of the vineyard and 15 minutes from Bordeaux, a peaceful and green environment. The house is composed of a kitchen, living/dining room, laundry room, a separate toilet, a bathroom and 3 very spacious bedrooms including a suite with shower room. The beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards is private and the garden is shared with our studio located at the bottom of the garden (which also has its own terrace).

You can enjoy a privileged environment between Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay and the great lakes of the Landes. Close to all amenities, you will appreciate the garden for relaxing moments. You can also benefit from public transport with bus 78 at the foot of the accommodation or the train at Gazinet station to go to Bordeaux or Arcachon.
