You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Welcome to our cottage as a listed half-timbered house with a modern twist. We rent a complete house with approx. 70 m² of living space, divided into two levels for your break from everyday life. On the first floor there is an entrance area, kitchen and living room. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a modern shower. In addition, our barn offers a storage space for bicycles and grill utensils. In the garden, there is a lounge to relax.

Erzgebirge vacation home

Our apartment is quietly and centrally located in the district of Rechenberg as an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding forests. We are very easy to reach both by car and train. Rechenberg train station is only about a 5-minute walk away. The Rechenberg Ecobad is a 200 m walk away. The trails in Nassau or Holzhau can be reached quickly. Rechenberg is also located directly on the block line, a mountain bike track with a total of 15 stages.

Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the Klíny family sports complex and cross-country/cycling trails. There are only two cabins in a close neighborhood. With us you will find complete facilities for a long winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend getaway with friends or family. In winter, you can't get to the cottage, you have to leave your car parked in a 300 m away parking lot.
