In the vicinity of the cottage there are hiking and cycling trails leading through the beautiful landscape of Kokořínsko. There are two buildings on the plot - a cottage and a barn, which with their shorter side adjoin a 15m high rock in which wine cellars are carved. There is a 5x3xm recessed pool and a Finnish sauna. 10 cars can be parked at the cottage
