A great little spot, harmoniously furnished, you can feel really comfortable. You have to be on your feet for the ascent, but the freight elevator makes the luggage easier. We were able to spend beautiful evenings and would love to come back.

Top spot! We couldn't have wished for better. And the location was excellent. In a quiet courtyard, close to the most beautiful parts of the Sachsischer Schweiz.

The accommodation is super lovingly furnished and is located in a beautiful area on a large private property. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped, so nothing was missing. It was also great that we were allowed to take our dear dog with us! The only thing I would like to point out at this point is the fact that the hut has only one toilet and one bathroom, which can lead to a few waiting times depending on the number of travellers. However, it must also be mentioned that the spacious bathroom (separate toilet) is as good as new and had a pleasant feel-good character with the really large shower. We enjoyed the time in the cottage and found Katerina to be a perfect host who was very easy to reach and could answer our questions very well.

Accommodation with absolutely superior kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden, which hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area is great and communication with the hosts is absolutely seamless. We can highly recommend it and we will be happy to return here sometime in the future!

The house is quietly located in a small town, from which you can easily hike and there are small fine restaurants at a reasonable price. The house has everything you need. We felt comfortable right away and it was ideal with a dog due to the fenced property. We will be happy to come back

We were a group (girlfriends) and felt very comfortable in the house. The very large and beautiful garden is particularly noteworthy. A top is of course also the sauna. You can also walk to Krasna Lipa (20-25 min). There were no spices in the kitchen, so you should bring them with you. Parking spaces for 2 cars are available on the property. Otherwise, everything is great. I would book again at any time.

Perfect place to stay for a family vacation. Everything was available and clean. We especially liked the beautiful large garden. Communication with the host was straightforward and quick. Only the toilet on the ground floor worked until about 10 pm, at night the flush did not work, as if a pump was switched off. But it was still no problem as there is another large bathroom upstairs. However, a note about this would be helpful beforehand, as we were a little surprised on the first evening. All in all, we would come back at any time and recommend the accommodation.

Jan's house was a good starting point for exploring experiences on the Czech-German border. We felt at home there. In addition, we were only a short walk (5 min) from the center of Ślunkova, where you could eat, drink beer and walk in the castle park.

We had a great time! The sauna and whirlpool were amazing! Pavol was really kind and explained everything in detail. Everything was decorated with detail and really clean. The only sad thing was that the pool was not ready yet! Hopefully we will be back :)

We stayed with 15 people (8 adults and 7 children) for a weekend. It was beautiful. There was enough space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms, toilets and showers. Everything was clean, very tidy, very cozy and well equipped ( coffee, wood for the fireplace or a campfire in the garden, enough dishes and large pots :-) ) The garden is great, the children had enough space to play and the adults many opportunities to sit comfortably together. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back :-)

We were a motorcycle group of 4 people. Jiri's house was super clean, the check-in is done via a key box, so you are super flexible with the check-in. Juri lives directly opposite and is always available and super accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, the location super quiet. And you can end the evenings on the covered terrace. We were super satisfied and would love to come back if we do a tour again. Thank you, Jiri.

Felt like a fairytale, recommend! Great vibe, atmosphere, everything felt just right… We stayed for one night in 5 people and it was not a lot of space, we left our bags in the car but it was not an issue, but for bigger groups - keep that in mind:) Nevertheless , we wouldn’t change it for anything else! Such an amazing stay in quiet place! we loved it ❤️

Hi Andrea & Thilo, we felt very comfortable in your cozy accommodation. The special highlight is the rustic oven, which could be used both for cooking / baking and as a cozy heat source. Lovely place, just like the pictures. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The house is modern, and also the outdoor area is very nicely designed. We felt comfortable.

Very nice place to relax! The cabin is very cozy and clean. A small fire pit is also there. You can hike on site and supermarket and restaurant are also nearby.

Very beautiful, quiet and cozy accommodation. Jutta and her husband Carl were very nice. I definitely recommend.

Zdenka and Martin are amicable and approachable hosts and wonderful people. Their cats and dogs are contact-friendly yet well behaved. We enjoyed their company very much. The accomodation had all the basic amenities as decribed clearly in the offer. Ideal for guests who like it minimal and simple. The stay at the farm was peaceful, rejuvenating and fulfilling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would like to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful place and a lovely country.

We stayed for 3 nights in Zittau and stayed in a really nicely furnished apartment of Franziska. Everything fits together well, has a certain charm. The bathroom is great. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed. The kitchen offers enough space for cooking and eating and sitting around, it has everything you need. The living room is mainly equipped with a couch, which is super cozy and hardly lets you go away again... :) Small note, that it needs its own access to a streaming service would be cool, because otherwise it gets a little boring in front of the telly. But that's not super important to everyone. So far so pleasant, we will certainly come back to Zittau, and then hopefully something will be available at Franziska's!

The accommodation in Hockehof with the host couple Jitka and Tomáš is an old farmhouse. It is perfect and well-equipped for all needs. Everything was super clean. We were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner. Fresh salad and herbs from the garden in the kitchen, wood for the old oven, garden furniture, barbecue and charcoal, etc. The very stylish design of the house stands for the intimate connection of the hosts to the history of the region. This includes a book by the historian and host, which also sheds light on the sensitive topic of expulsion. I suspect, if we are allowed, we will be happy to come back.
