The property was originally an old country house that has been completely restored respecting the original features and materials. Located a few steps from the centre of the village, retains the atmosphere of a country house surrounded by greenery and quiet of the hill. The accommodation is a good starting point to discover the hinterland, in the past the land of the Malatesta, full of villages, for those who want to reach the golf clubs of the Adriatic coast or for those who want to challenge themselves in different cycling routes without forgetting "the wine and food" routes of our land. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning, guests can take advantage of free wifi, rooms, individually decorated, have bathroom, television and air conditioned. Guests can enjoy a large garden, in which in summer you can have breakfast, with views of the surrounding hills and the sea. In the village there are several restaurants and pizzerias. At 20 meters from 'accommodation there is the theater Petrella, a little gem, which hosts national premieres. The sea is just a few kilometers from us!

B&B Cà Barbona is a typical Romagna cottage, dating back to the second half of the 19th century, a stone's throw from the Lido di Classe Marine Reserve. The cost refers to the room with breakfast. In the garden there are tables and a BBQ, we do not provide a kitchen service in order not to create gatherings like Hostell...we are sorry but being a B & B this service is not contemplated except for the meals of the youngest children. "B&B Cà Barbona" is located in the Po Delta Park, near the Classe Pinewood, Saline di Cervia, Milano Marittima...a beautiful location close to everything and where nature is the undisputed queen. At the seaside you will find enchanting free beaches with sand dunes and maritime pinewoods. There are shady cycle paths and marked routes from Ravenna to Cervia. The area is also well-known to birdwatchers.

I rent a single room with 2 beds, bed and breakfast only, in a new apartment where I usually live. There is the possibility of adding an additional cot in the same room. Being in the center, you can walk to the pharmacy, bank, Conad, and piadineria. It is an excellent strategic location for easily reaching Mirabilandia, Lido di Dante Ravenna, Forlì, Cesena, and Cervia. There is a bus stop under the B&B. Breakfast is offered at the bar across the street with a voucher. Relax while admiring the wonderful sunsets.

Villa Zanzi - Rooms, B&B

Villa Zanzi is a cozy property with bed and breakfasts nestled in the countryside of Faenza, 4km from the A14 motorway (exit Faenza). The accommodations (3 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 beds) are inside an eighteenth-century villa and furnished with furniture of the time forming part of the existing furniture. The rooms are located on the first floor, served by a large staircase. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with park equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas dedicated to the relaxation of guests.

Attic room, spacious and quiet with private bathroom. It's not independent; you access it through the back entrance of my house. It has a double bed, a three-quarter bed, air conditioning, a table, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle. It has no kitchen and no balcony. I provide: sheets, towels, shampoo and breakfast items. Kitchen is not available. A cleaning fee of 15.00 to 35.00 euros is required upon arrival, depending on the length of stay.
