Holiday rentals with a pool in Cerro Alegre

This was our second time staying in this house with the family. Everything was impeccable: the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The temperate pool was definitely the best the kids enjoyed it a lot. Ideal for rest and spending time with family. We will definitely be back!

Amazing all! Beautiful and spotless garden. As for the access to the house, it is not very easy for seniors or people with reduced mobility and could be more specified. Also better indicate where the gate is located for the vehicles as it was difficult to find it. Outside of the mentioned, an exquisite house to go with the family, I loved it.

We had a perfect stay. A family home that accommodated us perfectly. The property has everything, very complete. Great hosts. Concerned about everything and with immediate response. We highly recommend staying at this property. We were happy!

It was a pleasure to stay here. The house is very nice and the balcony has a good view of the sea. The neighborhood has access to many restaurants and mini markets and you can walk to the beach if you want… the kitchen has everything you need. Luis and Aida are very kind. Perfect for a weekend in Viña Del Mar!

We stayed 3 nights at this home and it was lovely. The home itself is amazing, very tranquil and zen, yet with modern amenities. The home is situated by shops, grocery stores and restaurants but private and quiet. It is also a short drive from the beach in Reñaca. To be honest, the garden is so nice there was a day spent just outside enjoying the surroundings of the home. Maria the host was great! Very very responsive and made local suggestions on a day that was not "beach weather." Overall, I was very pleased to stay here and will again in the future if the opportunity presents itself!

Very good accommodation, even though it is expensive, it was a great value for money, except for a few details that we discussed with the hosts but resolved quickly. The view is amazing and very good connection and location for those of us who we went to enjoy and work. We would definitely like to come back and enjoy even more of that huge house with all its comfortable spaces.

The accommodation is perfect for spending a few days near the beach and as a couple. Very nice and complete. Very comfortable and very well located. The safe and beautiful zone. And Jaime is always very attentive and willing to resolve everything. We had no problems and the stay was perfect.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

The apartment is as seen in the photographs, it has everything you need and is also in a very good location next to a very nice viewpoint (Mirador Barón) has the supermarket literally next door and Carolina is very kind to solve doubts, I would again choose this accommodation without thinking about it in case of returning to Valparaiso.
