Loft holiday rentals in Cerro Alegre

This is actually a pretty good size for an apartment and it is very well equipped especially the kitchen. The view is excellent as is the location in walking distance from the Plano, various asencores, cerro allegre and good restaurants and bars but far enough from the main tourist hot spots and hostels that it’s also pretty peaceful. Highly recommended.

Comfortable apartment for a couple. It is located in the heart of downtown with nearby shopping centers, train station and collective. It has everything you need for your stay for a short time. I appreciate the American coffee maker

The apartment is very cozy. The kitchen area is small, but for us this was not a problem. Ramon (the co-host) was very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to the most touristic areas. We had a great time!!

I stayed the whole month of April in the apartment and was super comfortable, I felt right at home. It has everything you need in the kitchen, cleaning supplies... the only thing I missed was that it had a washing machine because it was a long stay. The area and building is very quiet, next to the Cultural Park where siempe there is some plan to do and has a cafe with menu for noon. Bus stop in front of the park and you are walking 10-15min approx from the tourist areas. The supermarket is not very convenient for big shopping, but there are several small stores nearby that have almost everything. The contact with Ximena has been very good and close, pending during the stay that everything was fine. If I had WiFi and a washing machine, it would still be perfect, still highly recommended and worth staying again.

good location in Valparaiso

We loved Juan's apartment, we felt at home. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped. The armchairs are comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. It has sheets, towels, extra bedspreads. The balcony is large, well equipped with armchairs and has a direct view of the dunes and the sea. It's beautiful to see the sunset. Juan let us in earlier, he treated us excellently and always responded quickly. The complex is very nice, it has 24-hour security, the people who work there are very friendly. And the area is privileged, it has access to the park that is beautiful, we went with our dog and enjoyed it a lot. The dunes are also a few steps away. Walking you can go to the Jumbo supermarket which is large and has everything. Also to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was a beautiful stay, we hope to return soon😊.
