It was a very nice place. Everything was very clean and organized. The check in process was super simple.

I stayed in this guesthouse for two months, probably my longest ever stay at an Airbnb. Location: neighborhood is solid, quite family friendly and safe with lots of grocery stores nearby. We rented this place because it was close to the Long Beach Memorial Hospital. Place: modern look, same as in the photos, everything was quite new with full set of washer dryer kitchen appliances. Bathroom was spotless. The place is kept very clean, the downside is that the owner requires that tenant pays $100 for cleaning bi-weekly - make sure you add this to your budget! On the balance, I liked having a clean place so spending an extra $200 above listed price wasn't too bad of a trade off. I would say the guesthouse can fit up to 2 people. The bed was a large king, but mattress was a bit soft, had to buy my own foam mid way as my back started to hurt. Owners: very responsive and professional Overall: would highly recommend this place for a short stay in Long Beach area!

The living experience at Randy’s place has been nothing short of living in one’s own house. I found Randy’s place here as I had been looking for a semi-permanent place for a few months since I was moving across the country for my job. He has been super supportive, helpful and flexible as my move-in dates kept changing in the beginning as well as with other logistics with my move. There were no unnecessary house rules or restrictions, which made my stay pretty comfortable overall, as long as I kept the place orderly at my own discretion. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at his place

Quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is clean and is equipped with everything you need. Lyudmyla is responsive and helpful. The room has AC and there is a tiny backyard to sit and enjoy a cofee
