Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ceredigion

We had a wonderful stay at the Eco house, the house was as described. It is really well looked after and very clean. The surroundings are so peaceful, yet you’re so close to all you need, great beeches and walks. The sound of the stream and hot tub made the stay even more special. Great hosts!! We would love to return.

Completely idyllic stay. Jaani was an incredible host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. We had a delicious Sri Lankan meal cooked by her on one night, a birthday cake that was universally loved by 18 people, and she even arranged us a yoga class while we were there. Instructions on wood and bathroom etc were clear, beds were comfy and clean, hot tub was lovely. Everyone we were there with talked about what a gem this Airbnb experience is. Plus, the surroundings and stars are beautiful. Whether you are hiking, chilling by the fire, cooking pizza, BBQing, lying in the hammock or chilling in the static caravan, it’s heavenly. Jaani even surprised us with a happy birthday musical gift 💝 and Lulu the dog also made it perfect! Incredible venue and incredible host.

John's place is amazing. The house is very clean and spacious with an outdoor area for the bbq. We loved the quiet surroundings. I highly recommend the property.

Our second time at this lovely secluded house. Brilliant for families and watching the sunset over Aberdovey (with fireworks on our last night too). Lots of lovely coastal towns to visit, friendly local pubs and eateries.

The accommodation was perfect for our large family with 3 generations staying with our 3 dogs . The area around the cottage was safe and secure for the toddlers and dogs alike . It is a Fantastic place to unwind . The cottage had everything you would need for a relaxing break . Great walks were had from the front door. The host Aled was very helpful from the off with a friendly welcome and a guided tour of the accommodation including use off the Hot tub . We will return I’m sure . Gary

Such a perfect peaceful cottage. We had a great time unplugging, stargazing and enjoying the nature whilst in the hot tub. Would 100% recommend. Friendly hosts and we had the best time.

Hot tub was a dream! The four of us and our dog had a very relaxing stay in February, all enjoyed the cosiness of the cottage, comfy beds and loungy sofas. The children loved the play area and the animals on the farm. We especially enjoyed waving to the alpacas from the hot tub! Thanks to Leanne for working hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Nearby beaches we explored were gorgeous - Llangrannog, Newquay and Poppit Sands worth a visit. Thanks for a brilliant stay. We are already thinking about when we can come back!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Red Kite lodge. la maison était impeccable et accueillante, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. les lits étaient confortables et le salon cosy. la games room était une superbe addition (billard, pong pong, fléchettes, nous avons pu y passer un peu de temps avec les enfants pour notre plus grand plaisir). Nous avons pu profiter des recommandations sur les activités à faire dans le coin et profiter du Pembrokeshire. Un très grand merci pour votre accueil, c'était parfait!

Pete and Tracy are fantastic hosts of a unique stay. The history behind the place is fascinating, and is still there to be seen. From wallpaper to rock-sorting plates from workhouse to guesthouse, it's all still there for you to see and feel. We enjoyed brilliant weather, so made the most of local walks, beaches and some outside dining at great local restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back. 10/10

We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Coach House, the cottage was exactly as described, had everything you need, easy to find using Shaun’s directions, and in an ideal location for exploring the local area. Little touches such as milk, biscuits and coffee, and the free range eggs make a perfect welcome. Extremely comfortable bed, and lovely powerful shower. Very attentive hosts with great communication. The local area is so beautiful, and we were blessed with amazing weather and made the most of it, walking the coastal path. We would highly recommend Shaun’s place as a great base for exploring the area and will definitely return.

Lovely and helpful hosts from the moment we arrived until we were leaving. Lovely quiet village not far from Aberystwyth and a walkable distance to the beach. The caravan was very clean and felt very cozy, will definitely recommend and return myself. Thank you Terris 😀

The guest house was in midst of the Rheidol valley and surrounded by a serene valleys and farmlands. If you would like to spend a few days in a peaceful quiet village the place is for you, the atmosphere calms you down. We took the Rheidol Steam Railway from Aberystwyth to the Devil's bridge and when the train is on the top of the valley you can see the house from the other side. my daughter got really excited finding the house from the train. The valley is picturesque and beautiful, you will enjoy your stay to the fullest.

We had a fantastic weekend staying here. Jo and Linda were very helpful and responsive. The house was really lovely, clean, and had everything we could’ve needed. Check in and out instructions were very clear. Would definitely visit again !

What can we say, absolutely the best Airbnb we have ever been to. The only downside was that we didn't book a long enough stay! I could have moved in. It has everything you need/want. We were spoilt with pizza's on our first evening and then treated to the nicest hens eggs ever for breakfast, they have a lovely selection of meats and treats to buy and their own beautiful honey, not to forget our arrival treat of bara bryth and homemade dog treats! It was the special little things in the house that made it home from home and at no point did you feel like you had to do without something, they had thought of everything. The chilled snooze down by the stream in the hammock was better than therapy, and the peace of the landscape and the sounds of sheep around you was very special, and of course the occasional gobble gobble from the local turkey had us chuckling constantly! We were blessed with amazing weather, but rain or shine the house is perfect. We will be back ❤️!

We have just returned from a fabulous break at Julia's. The cottage was perfect for our party of 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. The cottage was spacious and well equipped with plenty of parking. The swimming pool was great for the children and they loved seeing all the animals. Very peaceful location and in easy reach of some lovely beaches and towns to explore. Julia was on hand for anything we needed. Would definitely recommended it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Charming cabin with all the things you'll need inside. peaceful & quiet position on the wooded site. Perfect for access to anywhere in Pembrokeshire. Great communication from the host. Loved it ,well be going back . Thanks Liz

Great accommodation for our group. Great room options all with en-suites. Private outdoor space with hot tub. Easy check-in and out. Great pool facilities and play area; the kids loved this. Many thanks, would definitely book to visit again.

Was very easy to find with keys waiting for us. Staff were readily available to answer any queries I had. Airbnb was like having a small cottage all to yourself, was very cozy and very worth the price. Will definitely be staying when I am next in the Aberystwyth area!

Great location and facilities. The cottage was perfect for our needs with 3 adults and 7 children. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the workshop. And the private hot tub was a great bonus!! Would definitely like to visit again!!

There was a small issue at start which got resolved promptly by Nerys. It's a nice location, near University, and Aberystwyth is a nice seaside town. Recommended.
