Noyadd Trefawr is a characterful Grade II* listed Welsh gentry house dating back to the C15th but extensively remodelled in 1820. It sits in 10 acres of parkland looking over a lake and ancient woodland and old quarries. It is very peaceful and beautiful, with land to explore, birds to watch and different garden areas. It is only 5 miles from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches and 10 minutes drive to either Cardigan or Newcastle Emlyn for cafes and shops and adventures on the beautiful river Teifi.

Surrounded by woodlands, riverside walks and waterfalls, this is a peaceful small village setting. Pub within walking distance (½ mile) and others in both the nearby towns.. Within short driving distance to beautiful beaches. Towels and bed linen provided. There is no lift, only stairs to access the room.

Farmhouse B&B near the sea

Our farmhouse is almost 200 years old. We are in a quiet spot yet nestled between Aberporth on the coast and Cardigan with all the amenities. The primary room is a king size room. For bookings over 2 people you may choose from a twin or a double room. We do have space for up to 6 people if required, please reach out for more info. We don't offer cooked breakfast and our prices reflect this, we do provide bread, cereals, fruit and milk in the morning.

Ffynnonwen B&B is a family run, recently refurbished, clean and fresh bed and breakfast located just outside the popular village of Aberporth. Set in 9 acres of countryside with views across the fields and lakes. Spacious room in riverside bungalow

We have 2 comfortable bedrooms for guests to stay in that we have separate listings for. This listing is our most recent addition for the spacious double room which includes a very comfortable king size bed. The guest bathroom is shared between the 2 guest rooms only. We are on the edge of town, 2 minutes walk into the pretty market town of Lampeter, University and other amenities.
