Cozy getaway in the heart of the vineyards

Cozy outbuilding in the heart of a vineyard. The accommodation enjoys a quiet and wooded environment in the countryside surrounded by vineyards that we produce using organic farming methods. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Relax in this peaceful, refurbished space for four guests. It is conveniently located in the North Gironde, not far from Saint Emilion and the Dordogne. You will have a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living area with a sofa bed and a bedroom area with plenty of storage. But also an outside corner with table, and barbecue, parking secured by camera . Possibility to park motorcycles in the shelter if needed.

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with essential products (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
