Podere Piazza house with panoramic view

Podere Piazza is an estate, has its origin in the 15th century. The vacation home was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Podere Piazza was the residence of Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, who was appointed Archbishop of Siena on May 29, 1747. He was a Nobile di Montepulciano and Patrizier of Siena. The buildings of Podere Piazza still bear his coat of arms today. This also explains our little church, at the road junction, in front of it to the right to the pine avenue and to the left into the driveway.

The little house

We open the doors of our house in the Siena countryside, 7 minutes by bus from the centre (stop 2 minutes away). A small, functional nest, designed to make you feel at home, ideal for couples or singles. It offers a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a sofa bed: to ensure total comfort, we recommend it for 2/3 guests, but it can accommodate up to 4. The kitchen is spacious and equipped; the bathroom, although small, is complete with everything. Free parking in front of the house, no limited traffic zone.

Farmhouse Fattoria La Parita

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). EV wallbox available.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BEING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH FEW PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OTHER THAN TAXI, THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AND TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IS TO HAVE A CAR. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

La Mattonaia, home with free private parking

Just outside the city walls, this bright apartment with a garden is served by city buses to the historic center, stopping right outside the gate. Strada Massetana Romana is home to a wide range of shops: supermarkets, a pharmacy, bars, a bank, clothing stores, and more. The apartment comprises a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. Guests have access to convenient free parking within the fenced property with an automatic gate.

Breakfast is optional and costs 15 euro per person
