This is the second time I've visited Maria's place, and every time I come it's even better or there's something new. Maria is constantly concerned with improving the place and making guests feel at home and what's even better… that they love it and come back at all costs. For my part, she succeeded, I came back, I'll come back, and I know she'll do the same with you.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Alcobendas was lovely and suited our purposes perfectly. It is spacious and well equipped and within walking distance of the supermarket and restaurants. Judith was a responsive host and the check-in was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vin’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. Great central location. Super terrace. Cozy, charming and clean. Quite a few stairs so not ideal for people who struggle with that. But great for those who don’t mind a walkup.

Great host and Very patient. Went to a local festival and couple of Michelin restaurants due to her recommendation. Location is great. Easy to find a parking and old town is only 15 minutes walk. Many thanks.

Perfect cottage to spend a few quiet days, it has all the necessary amenities: pool, lawn, tranquility, good temperature... The perfect bathroom and Ernesto was very kind to us and our dogs.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

The apartment is very comfortable, the rooms are good, it has a good terrace and is very close to the old town of Ávila, in a very quiet area. Communication with the owner has been smooth and respectful. This is the third time I've stayed in one of his apartments and if I have to go back to Ávila, I'll definitely trust him again.

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Quite convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight your attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we were leaving. Recommended. We needed a place to stay for a single night that was close to the train station but still wanted to be able to enjoy the city and see some friends. This apartment was absolutely perfect! Fit our needs and was exactly as described. Easy to check in and we had a great experience. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very kind and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Very nice apartment, exactly as advertised and quiet. Very well located outside the tourist centre, so quieter, and close to several metro stations. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend it.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
