Beutiful city/park view from the balcony and the apartment is sun-filled with windows on two sides. Very safe and clean building with amenities including a lap pool and gym, which my husband used several times. The apartment had everything we needed, including a small laundry room off of the kitchen with a washer/dryer combo. (Great spot to store our suitcases). Thoughtful touches like coat hooks in the hallway and cushions for the outdoor furniture and plenty of blankets and towels. The location is perfect. Many, many museums, markets and restaurants within walking distance. Small convenience stores within a block and close walk to Metro subway and busses, which are super clean, easy to use and quick to arrive. I'm usually one to try out different places to stay when returning to a city, but my husband and I both agree we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Mexico City. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

Emilia is a GREAT host. She made me feel very comfortable and responded to any questions immediately. Everyone was so friendly and as a female Solo traveler, I always felt safe and comfortable. The building is very well cared for and the staff are so friendly. The location is fabulous and if you like to explore you will never have a dull moment. I loved my stay at Andres and Francisco's apartment. For one person, it was perfect. Very well designed and lots of space given the overall size. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I had no issues with the shower pressure; however, this is something you get used to in Mexico. The location is perfect for those tired of the Condesa/Roma tourist bubble. This is an authentic Mexico City neighbourhood within walking distance to Alameda Central and the Centro Historico. Two metro stations are close by, and there is easy access to the Reforma skybus route. If you're looking for something a little different, this is it!
