The apartment is a single volume space at unique San Carlos building, a 19th Century ex-Hotel, recently refurbished on Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and Zócalo. You can access to the apartment 303 and the roof terrace. If you need anything or have any doubt, you can always reach me through the system or in my cell phone. It will be a pleasure to make your stay a great experience. The loft is in a former hotel in a prime location on historic Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. It's walking distance to major attractions, and is close to public transportation. Ideally, use google maps to orient yourself around the city. Nuestro espacio ubicado frente a Alameda Central, el Corazón Turístico de la Ciudad, a un paso del Palacio Bellas Artes y el Metro, cerca al Zócalo. Es un Loft Primera Clase piso quince, portero, vista incomparable, cama King Size, cocina equipada, comedor, area adecuada para trabajar con laptop, bien iluminada y cómoda silla tipo “gamer”, baño con una relajante regadera, SmartTV, ventilador enfriador oscilante, nuevo ventilador con humidificador, Gimnasio, Sala de Eventos. Lovely mini loft in a restored colonial building near the heart of Mexico City’s downtown. The location is exceptional: three blocks away from San Juan market, one of the most exquisite and traditional markets in the City; a useful Metro station (Balderas), where two important lines intersect; two Metrobús stations (line 4N comes and goes from/to the airport); and the Ciudadela, a big and varied handcrafts market. Zócalo, the main square, is at walkable distance, four Metro stations away.

Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.
