the accommodation is very well located, close to the machines of the island and not very far from the center, it is clean, well-equipped and quiet. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. The parking space in the basement and the elevator were very appreciated at both check-in and checkout. Very good communication with Mickaël. Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

We spent 3 nights with friends (4 adults) in this nice accommodation. Our goal was to relax and discover the region. Objective achieved with in addition, a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and very good advice host. Thank you Frédéric for this stay. We were able to enjoy the Jaccuzzi which was very clean and consistent with the description. We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay, incredible view, well-equipped (too bad there is no small kitchen base (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) but coffee available! only downside, the road is very busy during the week, and the proximity of the restaurant "entreponts", a little noisy on the terrace in the evening thank you cedric for this good stay

Beautiful house full of charm, crossed by light, with terrace and garden on one side, view of a quiet path and eco-neighborhood on the other. Refurbished but the owners seem to have bargain-hunted a lot for the furniture, the result is pretty and comfortable. Their children's world is also welcoming for little guests... We would have liked to stay longer! The owners were welcoming and available for any questions. A big thank you!

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy Nantes and its surroundings. Well-equipped accommodation, tastefully decorated with a private outdoor area that is not negligible in good weather. Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!

This one-night stay perfectly met my needs: a clean room with very comfortable bedding, the possibility of using the shared bathroom, responsiveness in exchanges, a warm, attentive and flexible welcome. Great apartment, across the road from the Loire river. Easy check-in with key left in key box outside apartment on 1st floor in dry riser cupboard. Modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. On site underground parking with designated parking bay. Within 15- 20 minutes walk to Chateau des ducs de Bretagne and cathedral etc. Friendly and responsive hosts. Many thanks Julien.
