Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Centre-Val de Loire

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location, it's very easy to access busses and trains. It is easily accessible by RER B from the airport. The apartment is quite small, but is clean and very well organized. Baptiste is a great host. He provided us with all the information we needed, and has been checking if everything is okay and whether we needed anything. I an happy to recommend his place to other visitors.

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

We had a great stay at Auréliens place. The check-in was flexible and very well organised. The place itself is really cool, the interiour features a lot of design furniture which is pieced together tastefully. It‘s also really clean and everything works as intended. We loved the location, you‘re very close to rue de belleville with an abundance of great asian restaurants and metro and bus stations. Aurélien was very forthcoming and quick to respond. All in all an amazing experience!

The apartment is very satisfied with the check-in, very close to the subway station.The kitchen is well-stocked, and we sometimes choose to make our own simple meals.Hot coffee is guaranteed to drink hot coffee every day

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

Our host (we were in communications with Philippe) was very friendly and always responsive whenever we had any questions, prior to the stay as well as during. Instructions given to check in was very clear & seamless. The apartment was well stocked from kitchen utensils and cooking needs, to the toilet being provided with amenities (even for baby!). Wifi was very fast. We loved the cozy apartment and it was just nice for us (2 adults & 1 toddler). Very safe for the little one to run around. Lift leading up to the apartment was quite small but it wasn’t a problem as we just made a few trips for all the luggages (stroller has to be folded) Location is very easy to get an uber, and walkable to the Eiffel tower. Plenty of eateries around if you don’t want to cook, and a proper supermarket just across if you do want to cook (has baby needs as well!) The apartment was just as shown in the pictures - beautiful and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

We rented Marianne's house to celebrate New Year's Eve with three families of friends, with 6 children. The house was absolutely perfect for that: a very spacious living room dining room and kitchen where we were all together, with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Large bedrooms for parents, each with a beautiful bathroom, a large bedroom under the roofs for all children ... All decorated for the holidays, lights lit in and out, on the balconies, crowns of holly, and a large fir tree in the living room. All ultra clean. The house is also very well stocked with dishes and utensils of all types, with even a full kitchen base (which is rare) and 2 dishwasher, convenient at 12;-). In short, a impeccable and totally comfortable house for 12 people, and Marianne's simple, efficient and warm welcome from check-in to checkout. We'll be happy to go back.

more than perfect stay with 2 13 and 2 17 year olds. the listing is 100% as described and the host is very welcoming and very responsive. totally cut off from the ordinary world during the stay, neither of us wanted to leave!!! go there without hesitation you will love it!!!

We had a lovely time. The house is amazing, very nice, even more spacious than in the photos (there were 10 of us) Very well equipped (everything you can wish for is available), comfortable and warm. Very charming accommodation, very well equipped and decorated with taste. The video projector, sauna and BBQ are a real plus. Anastasia and Dimitri are very friendly, attentive and responsive. For holidays or work, go for it!

Very good pleasant welcome, it's really to be recommended , easy to access , close to the Porte de Versailles 10mn walk , local restaurant, bakery 80 meters for the extra morning. All equipped That's perfect .

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!
