Barn accommodation in Centre-Val de Loire

Francoise communicated very clearly, the farm was easy to find and check-in, and we felt very comfortable there. Our toddlers really enjoyed meeting the cows!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

Charming house that is nicely decorated and offers a lot of space. You are completely on your own and can do many beautiful things to do from there. The view to the horses and across the fields is picturesque. Odette is very friendly and helpful, we felt completely at home.

We booked last minute with the kids for some peace and quiet. The house is immaculate…brilliantly equipped, with homely decor and everything you could need to make us feel at home. Didn’t have access to the pool so early in the year but it didn’t matter at all as there was so much provided for us all to do - bikes, ping pong, badminton etc. Francois and family were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. We’d recommend in a heartbeat and will do our best to get back in the summer.

Brilliant stay and a stunning room

Catherine and her family were lovely and welcoming. Catherine was super responsive and helpful finding new things to do for us and our kids. We were able to enjoy the fish and chickens and dogs on the property and even feed the fish with the owners. The place is very peaceful and relaxing . We had a lovely 3 day weekend as a family of 4 ( our kids are 2 and 3 years old) I would highly recommend this little oasis not too far from Paris !

We stayed with Julie, Simon and Carol for 2 weeks. We loved the location it is stunning, the area is very peaceful surrounded by fields full of sunflowers. Julie is a great host and made us feel very welcome and allowed us to do our own thing. The pool was amazing, the house was very comfortable and cosy and had everything you could possibly need. We took Monty our Springer Spaniel and he absolutely loved the location, he had so much space to roam free plus a close by watering hole to cool down in the heat, as well as enjoying the company of Julie’s two dogs, Martha and Nancy. The private garden with BBQ was great and we spent many nights watching the sunset across the fields. We wanted 2 weeks of complete relaxation and this is what we got. Supermarket is very local with lots to see and do all on your doorstep! A lovely holiday had by all! Monty definitely gave it the thumbs up! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay. We had a great weekend at Julie and Olivier's place. The house was perfect to meet with friends, with everything you need (very well equipped kitchen, games available, practical layout...). Also very clean, I would recommend!

The accommodation is very nice, clean, it's great for children because there is all the necessary equipment on site and you quickly feel at home. Excellent breakfast as a bonus. Thank you Geneviève for hosting us.

When I reached out to Albine, to give her an ETA, she messaged back soon. She was very welcoming, with clear instructions for entering the room and breakfast. Our room was a large comfortable space with good light, screened windows to let the clean country air into our room. We kept the windows open the entire stay to hear crickets, birds, thunder and rainstorm. Beautiful countryside estate with castle ruins on the property to explore. We didn't get a chance to use the pool area, but Albine had placed "pool towels" in our room, just in case. As a guest, you need to know, you are really in the country. The closest town that we frequented was Langeais and Villandry, with each having at least one chateau to visit and plenty of restaurants, chocolate shops, bakeries, and casual places to get a drink and a french style sandwich. This was a good base to do our daily exploring. Albine had many suggestions and knows the history of the area extremely well. Thank you Albine. Hope to visit soon!

If you want a relaxing holiday with friends and family then book this place right now. The location is private and idyllic. The facilities (heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi) meant that we stayed at the house for the whole trip and the kids were always entertained. A perfect trip full of memories!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very nice, well maintained and absolutely clean. There was really everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally nice and helpful at all times. We were particularly impressed by the huge property and the fantastic location – a real secret tip to relax. It is a wonderful stay, very nice, comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of attention to detail. Very nice also with the donkeys. Hostess was very thoughtful! In the area we didn't find much to do, but for this property I would definitely come back.

We had a great time! We were 15 people (12 adults and 3 children). the place is nice, clean, and the beds comfortable. There is everything you need to cook and spend pleasant time, quiet. The large garden, movie theater and children's games are a real plus! The environment is really nice. in short, it was great! Thanks again for hosting us.
