The apartment is in a pedestrian area, which has the advantage of being close to the Arc du Triomphe parking lot and tram stations (lines 1 & 4). The accommodation, on a very quiet street, is on the 2nd floor (NO elevator) of a bourgeois building. The residence benefits from a large wooded garden with caretaker and video surveillance
