The cottage is small and rustic but quite lovable, with a gorgeous waterfront view as well as an abundant and energizing garden providing privacy from the neighbours. The lake is clean, frequently tested and perfect for a swim!

Our quaint porch is perfect for bird watching or leaf peeping. The inside includes high ceilings, a bedroom and a cozy loft- both with queen beds. French culture is only a 10 min drive away; Vermont culture is abound with maple syrup and warm locals.

Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Jean, this bicentennial house is located directly on the banks of the river. Take advantage of the charm of this residence to fill up on sweet moments. Here you will rest! Sip your coffee, take advantage of the access to the shore to go for a walk and admire the landscape that the St. Lawrence River offers you. If you prefer, go around the island, harvest your supper along the way and taste these local sweets while watching the sunset.

ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection.
