Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

L’alloggio l’abbiamo trovato molto pulito, si trova in una posizione molto strategica nel centro città sia per andare al mare e per girare nel centro storico, sia per la vicinanza alla stazione del treno e degli autobus, comoda se volete visitare splendide cittá nelle vicinanze come Benidorm! José ci ha fatto sentire a casa: è una persona molto gentile, disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, si vede che ama ciò che fa. We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply to any questions I had—before and during my stay. He was very accessible and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Throughout the entire process, he was polite, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel welcomed and at ease. I truly appreciated the clear communication and the extra effort he put in to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Alicante! The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The flat itself is beautiful, very modern, stylish, and spotless. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Yuriys communication was really good and always responsive to any question. The apartment was easy to get to and was in an amazing location, less than 15 minutes walk to anything we wanted to do, quick access to several grocery stores, and lots of choice of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. There was also an amazing cafe 40 metres from the apartment that had great pastries for breakfast. The apartment itself was super comfy, really clean and matched all the photos and descriptions provided. Would definitely recommend or return if ever visiting Alicante

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Florins Apartment! Alles war makellos sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und unglaublich gemütlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: Die Küche ist nicht nur komplett ausgestattet, sondern hat sogar eine Wasserfilteranlage am Wasserhahn – absolut genial! Auch im Bad war alles da, was man brauchen könnte, bis hin zu Oropax. Die Ventilatoren und die Klimaanlage sorgen für ein angenehmes Klima, und die Waschmaschine war ebenfalls top. Insgesamt ein perfekt ausgestattetes und wunderschönes Apartment – wir bedanken uns herzlich und kommen gerne wieder!

Great location, 5 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes from the city centre. The balcony view, just gorgeous.

María and her husband Cosme where very approachable and very quick to respond to any questions that needed answered. the property was very accessible to the beach 5 minutes walk, tram station 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants, museums 15 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen with a easy to use washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven and microwave. would definitely recommend

Maritza’s place was right in the center of everything. The place was clean and we were very comfortable. At no fault of Maritza’s, the building was being restored so we could not used the balcony.

It was a great stay at Maria Jesus's place! We were given clear instructions on how to get in, so the check-in went smoothly. The property itself was as described, but what impressed us was the cleanliness of the apartment. We usually do some quick dusting here and there, wiping of the surfaces, etc, before unpacking. None of it was necessary here. All the equipment worked, furniture and decors were nice. It could be a bit loud on the Friday and Saturday nights, but it was expected since the square was full of restaurants and bars. Closed windows kept the noise down quite well. Once again, thank you Maria Jesus for a wonderful time in Alicante!

Will very much recommend Anna's place. Everything checked out as described. We especially loved the ocean view with the lights of Alicante in the background.

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was beautiful and the location was very central. The host was very responsive and even came to the apartment when we had an air con issue. He also booked us a taxi during the busy festival times, and made sure we got to the airport. We couldn’t recommend him and the apartment more, we will back! Thank you!

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen leicht außerhalb der Stadt und auf der anderen Straßenseite vom EUIPO. Vorteile sind insbesondere die ruhige Lage, der Tiefgaragenparkplatz direkt am Aufzug zur Wohnung und die gute Busverbindung. Ein Nachteil der Wohnung wäre es allenfalls, dass das Gebäude hellhörig ist. Mayte war jederzeit gut zu erreichen und stand bei allen Rückfragen hilfreich und schnell zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Caltalina has been very responsive to all messages senr prior to booking. On arrival she met with us and allowed us to check in 3 hrs before recommended on the booking. She was very helpful. Accommodation was superb! Beach qas less than a 10 minute walk as was shops and restaurants. Apartment was perfect and los arenales del sol is a beautiful place to visit . Thank you!

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

We enjoyed our stay at the white loft apartment. It is clean and bright with high ceilings and modern spaces. The location is convenient for exploring the city and an ideal location for tram and train stations - day trips to Elche and Vilajoysa were very enjoyable. Mario was a perfect host who was helpful and prompt in communicating.

Very handy for the airport. Peaceful. A few minutes drive to the local supermarkets. Has a terrace/balcony for sitting outside.
